Frequently asked questions
No, we do not exclusively treat athletes. We work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from postoperative orthopedic surgeries such as knee and hip replacements, among others.
We are an out-of-network provider. As such, we do not directly accept insurance. The traditional insurance model limits our ability to provide the care we believe is best for you and restricts the time we can spend with each patient. By being out-of-network, we can offer more personalized, one-on-one care, which often leads to better outcomes in fewer visits.
We provide you with all the necessary information to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company. Many patients, particularly those with PPO plans, receive partial or full reimbursement for our physical therapy services.
Additionally, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our services.
Why This Model Works for You
• Quality Care: We focus on dedicated, one-on-one sessions, which typically result
in fewer visits and faster progress.
• Although we see you less frequently (usually once or twice a week), our
personalized care often means fewer total visits. When you consider deductibles, co-pays, and the number of sessions required in traditional PT settings, you may end up spending less overall with us.
Treatment and healing times can vary greatly among individuals due to factors such as age, injury severity, genetics, and past medical history. With that in mind, we focus on providing dedicated one-on-one sessions, which typically lead to fewer visits and faster progress. Although you may see us less frequently (usually once or twice a week), our personalized care often results in fewer total visits.
No, you do not need a prescription for physical therapy. Our licensed professionals operate under direct access care, meaning a doctor’s script is not required for evaluation or treatment.
